The Benefits of a Career in Real Estate
Independence
One of the most exciting aspects of real estate is the freedom it offers. No two days are ever the same. Forget the traditional nine-to-five grind—real estate professionals have control over their schedules, allowing them to work in a way that best suits them and their clients.
Growth Opportunities
In real estate, your success is directly linked to the time and effort you invest. There’s no salary cap—your income is determined by your dedication, skills, and ability to seize opportunities. Providing exceptional service to your clients builds a strong reputation and long-term career opportunities.
Understanding the Pre-Registration Learning Path
The Pre-Registration Learning Path is the first phase of the Real Estate Council of Ontario’s (RECO) Education Program. Completing this phase is required before applying for registration with RECO.
What to Expect
You have 24 months to complete the Pre-Registration Phase. Each of the first four courses allows up to 21 weeks for completion, while Course 5 must be finished within 4 weeks. The remaining time is allocated for simulation sessions and exams.
