This section covers the various aspects of property ownership, including the rights and limitations involved, land descriptions, and land registration. It also introduces the Real Estate Business and Brokers Act (REBA), which outlines the rules and regulations that real estate agents must follow.

Exam Structure
75 questions on the exam for the first course
Exams for Courses 2, 3, and 4 are 115 questions and 3 hours long
The 75 question exam is really missed compared to the longer exams in later courses
The longer 115 question, 3-hour exams start from Course 2 onwardsExam Overview
The exam will be a 2-hour exam, which is not too stressful and allows you to review your answers before submitting.
As long as you score 75% or higher, you will pass the exam.
This exam is a good way to “dip your toes in the water” and get a feel for the real estate exam.
After completing the course and practicing the multiple-choice questions, the questions on the exam are almost identical to the ones you’ve been practicing. This means that if you can consistently score above 90% on the practice questions, you’ll be well-prepared for the actual exam.
