The Real Estate Salesperson Program learning path comprises of three steps. The first step is the Pre-Registration Phase. Step two involves registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
You become eligible to register with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) after the successful completion of the Pre-Registration Phase. Once you are registered with RECO you can start trading in real estate. You must complete the Post-Registration Phase to be eligible to renew your registration at the end of your initial two-year registration cycle with RECO.

Based on personal learning preferences and circumstances, learners may spend less or more time in hours or weeks completing a course than the average indicated in this chart. This chart does not include review or study time prior to an assessment.
